The most used screen in the program, we hope. This is where you will add or modify bookings, passengers, payments, commissions, remittances, additional charges, air schedules, cross references just to name a few. You will also print invoices, confirmations, etc.

Client Maintenance Screen

The most important data you have is your client database. This screen allows you to add & modify clients, add custom fields, categorize your clients with qualifiers that you create. Easily view all client history including, credit card info, bookings, and brochure requests.

Group Maintenance Screen

Groups, Groups, Groups. This screen is really the center of automation for WinCruise Professional. Group contracts and inventory are entered once and then used to quickly generate bookings, expansive web exports, sailings calendar, group manifests, passenger name lists, active group lists and much more. Also take payments in bulk, and completely disburse to all individual bookings within that group, from 1 to 1000 or more, ITS' AMAZING !

Database Marketing Screen

The ULTIMATE database marketing machine. This screen allows you to create queries to segment your clients based on booking history, invoice information, requested information, geographic location, or any custom qualifiers that you create. Then generate labels, lists or envelopes as well as export to common file formats .

Internet Exports

This is the interface used for creating Web Exports from WinCruise Professional. You can choose from a wide array of options for fonts, colors, tables, search criteria, etc. This is quite a GEM!

Vendor Maintenance Screen

This screen is where you set up your vendors for use throughout WinCruise Professional. You can also add additional information such as ships, decks, itineraries and additional charges to build pick list when making bookings and entering groups.

User Access Screen

This screen is where you can add or modify agents, change agent commission structures, set security access for agents, etc.

Bank Account Screen

This screen is used for writing checks, making deposits, reconciling statements, making funds transfers, reporting on account activity, etc.

Reports Screen

This is where you'll see the benefits of all this information. Run sales reports by using virtually any criteria that you can dream up. This easy to learn reporting interface gives you the flexibility and power you need, without being difficult to use. Results can be exported to spreadsheets, mail merged for letters or promotions, viewed on-screen, or printed.
